Refund Policy

At Dark Side Collective LLC, we respect your time and our practitioners’ time, and we want to provide a smooth experience for every client.

 

Cancellations:

• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session.

• If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or do not show up for your session, the full session fee may be charged.

Emergencies:

• We understand that unexpected situations arise. If you experience an emergency or illness, please contact us as soon as possible. We will handle these on a case-by-case basis and aim to find a fair solution, such as rescheduling your session.

Refunds:

• Refunds are generally not provided for completed or missed sessions.

• If we cancel a session prior to 24 hours before your session, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

Booking:

• By booking a session with Dark Side Collective, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Subscription Services

• If you wish to cancel your media and/or admin support subscriptions, please send an email to darksidecollective77@gmail.com 14 days before your next payment date. All requests to cancel must be in writing.
